Maldorian/Human R21T Plasma DMR

This particular rifle is mainly used by Earth Federation military forces but Maldorians can get their hands on a few crates full of these. It is a semi auto plasma carbine that can somtimes be used as a sniper if the right scope is mounted on the rails and hols 92 charged proton cells. Effective from medium to long range, this rifle can cut down even the most armored of infantry targets. The only draw back to this weapon is the plasma constrictor. this part of the weapon, if not properly monitored, can warp the rifle barrel and blow the beam emitter thus causing weapon detionation due to backed up plasma particles.
